What types of pools do you service?
We service in-ground and above-ground pools, as well as spas. However, we do not service INTEX or other soft-sided pools.
Are chemicals included in the service pricing?
No, chemicals are billed separately based on what is required to maintain proper water balance in your pool..
How does billing work?
Invoices are sent after services are completed, and payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Balances not paid by the due date will be subject to a 2% monthly finance charge (24% annually). If necessary, additional fees for collection or legal action may apply.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept credit cards. Please note, a 2.9% processing fee will be added to credit card transactions to cover processing costs.
Do I need to be home during service?
No, you do not need to be home as long as we have unlocked access to the pool and equipment. Please ensure pets are secured.
What if my pool is green or excessively dirty at opening?
If your pool is green or heavily contaminated at opening, we offer a spring clean-up service billed by the hour, with chemicals charged separately. This is not included in the standard opening fee.
Do you require a down payment?
Yes, for large projects or repairs involving costly parts, a deposit may be required to order materials and secure your place on the schedule. Full details will be provided with your estimate.
